Test racks
Ventil offers a range of test racks for universal test purposes. The portable test racks are fully equipped for hydrostatic liquid testing or gas (Compressed air / Nitrogen) testing. The working range is 0 – 1500 bar / 21,750 PSI.
Transportable (safety) valve workshops
Fully equipped test- & repair facility’s for on-site overhaul and testing of Shut-off valves, Safety (relief) valves and Control valves. The 10, 20 or 40 ft container feature all necessary tools and equipment for the standard reconditioning procedure but can also be equipped according to your specific needs, application and the environment- / climate conditions it needs to be used in.
In case of off-shore use, the new fabricated container is equipped and certified according to BS EN 12079: 2006 & DNV Standard for certification 2.7-1 (2006) and can be used in explosive atmospheres.
