Ventil designs, manufactures and delivers valve test units for pressure testing any type of Gate-, Globe-, Plug-, Ball-, Check-, Slide- and Butterfly valve according to all international test standards.
Capabilities

√ Horizontal (stem vertical), vertical (stem horizontal) or tilting clamping system.
√ Clamping on the inlet flange, both flanges or (proportional clamping) between the clamping tables.
√ 1 – 2000 ton’s of clamping force.
√ With no or limited linear force on the valve body.
√ Test pressure range: from vacuum up to 2000 bar / 30,000 PSI.
√ Test medium: Liquid, compressed air, Nitrogen, Helium or Hydrogen.

| The Ventil VCB25 shut off valve test rig is designed to to meet the requirements of the API 598, API 6A and API 6D. The VCB-25 can clamp valves using a 3-claw hydraulic operated auto clamp at the inlet flange or using the two clamping tables. The top table can revolve away so that valves can easily be craned into the test station and operators can have full (visual) access to valve seat during a seat test. The test unit can apply a clamping force of 25 metric tons and suitable to test valves in range 1/2"-10". The VCB25 shut off valve test unit allows to carry out a high pressure liquid test (hydrostatic) and low pressure air (pneumatic) test. |
