Ventil manufactures a wide range of control valve test units for testing and (re)adjusting all sorts of Globe-, Camflex-, and Waver type control valves according to the international test standards as ANSI/FCI. The Ventil test units can be used for;

The optimal functioning of the Control valve not only exists of sufficient body & seat tightness, but more important, the total "performance" of the valve and its controls! For an accurate and reliable working effect the valve body, actuator, positioner, regulators etc. most work in a strict harmony!
Control valve test unit capabilities
√ Range DN15 – 900 mm. / ½ - 36”
√ Horizontal (stem vertical) or tilting clamping system.
√ Clamping on the inlet flange, both flanges or (proportional clamping) between the clamping tables.
√ 1 – 2000 ton’s of clamping force.
√ With no or limited linear force on the valve body.
√ Test pressure range: from vacuum up to 2000 bar / 30,000 PSI.
√ Leakage range 0 – 1000 ln/min. 2100 scfh.
√ Test- & operation of all sorts of linear or quarter turn actuators and controls.
√ Test medium: Liquid, Compressed Air, Nitrogen, Helium or Hydrogen.
Optional features
√ Computer registration system.
√ Valve performance testing, considering; measuring of the stroke measuring,
open/close time and torque measuring.
√ Fugitive emission and cryogenic test facility’s
